Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (YTT 300)

We've decided to pause the launch of our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and offer it at a later date.

We have increasing demand for our unique 250 Hour program (with depth psychology and trauma-conscious yoga foundations) and are thrilled to continue offering this opportunity on an ongoing basis.

We will also continue offering workshops, retreats, CEU opportunities, and other potential certificate programs.

Stay tuned!

Our 300 Hour program has 325 hours of training.

300 hours of the HGYS Yoga Teacher Training Program are made up of elements required by Yoga Alliance. The remaining 25 hours are supplemental topics in Depth Psychology and Sustainable Practices. In graduating from the HGYS 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, you will be certified at the 500 Hour level, and will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT500. (200 Hour Certification + 300 Hour Certification leads to a 500 Hour Certification.)

The healing of ourselves as healers has to take place first. Bringing ourselves to wholeness, we become more sensitive to other people. In the change of consciousness that happens within us, we bring about change of consciousness in those around us and in the planet itself.
— Marion Woodman

Explore the yoga adage with us, “The body is in the mind, and the mind is in the body.”

We will delve into the unconscious in an embodied and somatic way, tying together the various elements of our curriculum.

Information on how to register will become available Summer of 2019.

We look forward to this journey with you.

We have not even to risk the adventure alone, for the heroes of all time have gone before us — the labyrinth is thoroughly known. We have only to follow the thread of the hero path, and where we had thought to find an abomination, we shall find a god; where we had thought to slay another, we shall slay ourselves; where we had thought to travel outward, we shall come to the center of our own existence. And where we had thought to be alone, we shall be with all the world.
— Joseph Campbell
